Our Workflow

1. Kickoff Meeting

1. Phone Consultation / Kickoff Meeting

We offer 30 minutes of free consultation on the phone or face-to-face to learn your needs and work out if there is any conflict of interest that will prohibit us from acting on your behalf. After a preliminary consultation, we may hold a kickoff meeting to gather more background information about your case if necessary, so that we can determine the approach that best suits your needs.

2. Advice and Quotation

We will recommend professional services that are tailored to your needs, as well as providing a detailed quotation. At this stage, you are free to decide whether you would like to accept our proposal. There will be absolutely no hidden or forced charges.

Once the action plan has received your approval, we will perform a series of actions depending on your needs, which may include site visits, scouting, surveillance and other fieldwork. Our investigators will provide swift and frequent updates on our every move throughout the operation.
